Nucilo offers a distinctive Sauvignon Blanc varietal.
Located at Finca El Cepillo, 1100 meters above sea level, this vineyard was planted in 1995. Renowned for its variety, it hosts Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Utilizing the trellis system for vine cultivation.
Nucilo presents a Sauvignon Blanc with 12% alcohol content. It undergoes unoaked aging. In appearance, it displays a subtle greenish-yellow color. On the nose, it exudes intense aromas of passion fruit, mango, and pink grapefruit, accompanied by delicate mineral notes. On the palate, it boasts a balanced acidity with a lingering finish, accentuating tropical fruit flavors.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, fish, and salads.
Suggested serving temperature: 6-8°C.
