Nucino offers a delightful Rose de Malbec. This wine is crafted exclusively from Malbec grapes. It belongs to the Organic line.
Finca Las Peñas, located at 990 meters above sea level and established in 1999, features a diverse vineyard with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay varietals. The vineyard employs an espalier trellis system with 5500 plants per hectare yielding 80 quintals per hectare. Its soil composition is loamy. Notably, it obtained organic certification in 2023.
Nucino presents a Rosé wine with 12% alcohol content, aged without oak contact. On the palate, it boasts a high expression of red fruits, including cherry, raspberry, and plum compote notes, offering a well-structured profile with perfectly balanced acidity. This wine is incredibly easy to enjoy, making it ideal as an aperitif.
It pairs wonderfully with dishes featuring white meats, fish, or seafood, as well as pastas with cream-based, pesto, or herb sauces.
Suggested serving temperature: 6-8°C.
