T his varietal is a highly complex 100x100 Malbec. His character persisting over time as carefully aged in French and American oak (50%/50%) during 12-18 months in our cellars.

Tasting Notes: Intense violet red colour with blue sparkles. Flavours of plums, sour cherries, violets and an elegant touch of oak with a unique lingering. Well structured and a balanced body with traces of blackberries and red currants.

Pairings: Combines perfectly with grilled meat, or just enjoy him on its own.

La Remonta

A fine and complex wine. The blend of Malbec (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Merlot (20%) is a true exponent of our homeland Valle de Uco. An ambassador of this very specific piece of land. After aging for 12 months in French and American oak (50%/50%), this wine finally reposes for another 12 months to complete his elaboration cycle.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby colour, complex in the nose with a fresh and fruity note, spices and sense of tobacco.

Pairings: Combines perfectly with roasted meat and strong cheese.
